Job summary

Zensar is seeking an experienced Boomi integration developer to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-first integration solutions. You will connect CRM, ERP, databases, and on-prem systems using Boomi AtomSphere and APIs.

You will configure connectors, maps, profiles, and transformations, implement error handling and monitoring, and collaborate with analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver reliable integration solutions in a fast-paced environment in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Boomi integration development required.
• Experience integrating at least one CRM and one ERP platform.
• Strong knowledge of Boomi connectors, maps, profiles, and deployments.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP web services, data formats like JSON/XML/CSV.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Boomi integration processes.
• Build integrations between CRM, ERP, databases, cloud applications, and on-premises systems.
• Develop and manage API integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Configure Boomi connectors, maps, profiles, process routes, business rules, and data transformations.
• Integrate CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or D365 Finance and Operations.
• Implement data validation, synchronization, migration, and transformation processes.
• Configure error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, monitoring, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, resolve production issues, and optimize process performance.
• Work with SQL databases and perform data validation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, deployment procedures, and support guides.

• Integrate CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Integrate ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP web services, API authentication, and integration patterns.
• Experience with JSON, XML, CSV, and other structured data formats.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and the ability to write SQL queries.
• Experience with Boomi process monitoring, debugging, error handling, and production support.
• Understanding of batch, scheduled, and real-time integration patterns.
• Familiarity with secure integration practices, credential management, and data protection.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
