Job summary

Psiog Digital in Chennai is seeking a Boomi Integration Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to deliver diverse integrations using Boomi, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and EDI connectors. The role covers development, production support, and data mapping, ensuring scalable data flows.

You will work across development, QA and production environments and collaborate with business users to translate requirements into system flows, with emphasis on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in integration engineering.
• Recent 2 years of Boomi experience with strong EAI concepts.
• Experience with Boomi EDI Connectors: SFTP, HTTP, Web services.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON in SOA integrations.
• Experience with EAI tools: WebMethods, Tibco, MuleSoft.
• Boomi integration patterns: file, web API, messaging, database.
• Boomi MDM data models and Boomi Flow for workflow automation.
• Integration monitoring and performance tuning.
• Oracle SQL: build views and SQL queries.
• Strong ETL concepts and handling large data volumes.
• Translate business requirements into data flows and mappings.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production support and monthly maintenance for Boomi.
• Manage activities across development, QA, and production environments.
• Handle data-related issues and coordinate with teams.
• Assist with installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
• Provide guidance on resolving technical and functional issues.
• Maintain excellent customer-facing communication.

• Overall, 2 - 5 years of experience.
• Recent 2 years of experience in Boomi with Strong understanding of EAI concepts.
• Experience of various Boomi EDI Connectors SFTP, HTTP, Web-services etc.
• Experience developing using SOA integration methodologies and protocols: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON
• Experience in EAI tools like Web Methods, Tibco, MuleSoft
• Boomi Integrations patterns with file, web API, messaging, and database integrations.
• Boomi MDM - Data Models, API Boomi Flow – Workflow automation, Integration
• Integration Monitoring
• Oracle SQL: Build Oracle views and SQL queries.
• Should have a better understanding of ETL concepts.
• Should have worked on development, production support & handled large volumes of data.
• Flexible to Work with business users to translate requirements into system flows, data flows, data mappings etc.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily production support, monthly maintenance activities, and provide troubleshooting of user-identified problems with the Boomi application.
