Experienced Process Analyst -IT Infrastructure – Business Operations, Finance

Overview

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage Long Range Business Plan and tactical Financial Operating Plan for Information Technology Network and Data Center infrastructure.
  2. Team with technical project managers to identify project resource requirements, both staffing and equipment.
  3. Provide detailed cost estimates for capital and operating expenses associated with projects.
  4. Communicate plans, issues and risks horizontally and vertically within the Information Technology organization.
  5. Negotiate project priorities and affordability with Business sponsors.
  6. Team with project managers, supply chain and vendor management to ensure projects are resourced and implemented according to plan.
  7. Identify demand management and cost optimization opportunities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Ability to work well on virtual teams across multiple time-zones.
  • This position will require some after-hours work to support production-impacting maintenance activities.
  • This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform work on site.
  • Solid Working Knowledge in understanding of financial planning processes and concepts (forecasting, capital expenses, operating expenses, depreciation, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize and synthesize information into meaningful reports
  • Ability to examine and verify financial documents and reports
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, including resolution of competing priorities
  • Strong decision-making skills – excellent ability to make appropriate independent decisions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time, while working multiple projects concurrently

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Ability to communicate across multiple organizational levels, including executive management
  • Experience in financial planning within an Information Technology infrastructure organization
  • Familiarity with supplier management processes and terminology
  • Proficient in Microsoft OneNote

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8 -12 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation: This position offers relocation within India.
