We are looking for a US IT Recruiter who will take care of the direct client requirements across the US. This role will be in the night shift and has the potential to grow into a leadership role in the future. Salary will be competitive with good incentives and awards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate candidates based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications.
  2. Conduct the first round of interviews to assess communication skills, fitment issues, and reasons for change.
  3. Build and sustain a network of potential candidates.
  4. Negotiate rates or salaries.
  5. Maintain the database according to skills, experience, and location.
  6. Develop long-term relationships with candidates.
  7. Review and understand technical job requirements.
  8. Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met.
  9. Format resumes to meet client expectations.
  10. Research new technologies and terminologies.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Technical recruitment experience in contract or permanent staffing.
  2. Experience in the entire U.S. recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, and salary/rate negotiation.
  3. Ability to source candidates from various platforms including Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
  4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  5. Self-motivated, confident, aggressive, target-oriented, and a go-getter.

We are also open to new grads or freshers with excellent communication skills.
