We are looking for IT Administrator / System Administrator with AWS Certification or experience for our Dubai office. Candidate will have to travel to all our locations UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi, Kenya, Ethiopia, Malaysia and India.

Job Purpose:

1. To provide technical support including installation, configuration, maintenance, security and compliance of Enterprise Systems, with a focus on Windows and Linux Administration.
2. Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and evolving the cloud infrastructure of web applications.
3. Maintenance and troubleshooting of Networks and Firewalls across company’s various locations.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

1. Provide server support across company’s locations. To be successful in this position, the candidate should have a proven track record in the installation, configuration, maintenance, security & compliance of Enterprise Systems [Windows and Linux O/S].
2. Strong network implementation and configuration skills and a proven ability to work within an integrated team of technical and non-technical personnel.
3. Configuring and maintaining Windows and Linux servers including installing, fixing issues, and upgrading.
4. Manage servers, computers and other related devices on networks.
5. Provide onsite and remote support as required.
6. Oversee and resolve problems of the server, network devices, and storage on a daily basis by monitoring and troubleshooting.
7. Keep track of data entering or exiting the organization to secure the networks.
8. Carry out backup and recovery functions, and monitor the performance of servers at all times.
9. Use best practices and keep in touch with internal and external business matters to enhance products and services of the organization.
10. Development of technical standards and associated documentation.
11. Projects delivered on time and to specification.
12. Available on weekends if needed.
13. Perform other duties as and when required.

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
