Job description

Job Purpose:

• To provide technical support including installation, configuration, maintenance, security, and compliance of Enterprise Systems, focusing on Windows and Linux Administration.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Networks and Firewalls across the company’s various locations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide server support across the company’s locations.
• Configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers including installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Manage servers, computers, and other related devices on networks.
• Provide onsite and remote support as required.
• Oversee and resolve problems of the server, network devices, and storage on a daily basis by monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Keep track of data entering or exiting the organization to secure the networks.
• Carry out backup and recovery functions, and monitor the performance of servers at all times.
• Use best practices and keep in touch with internal and external business matters to enhance products and services of the organization.
• Develop technical standards and associated documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Be available on weekends if needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
