1. Provide customer support via call and email across India.
2. Resolve customer queries and complaints, and provide helpful articles along with troubleshooting steps.
3. Maintain records of customers and update changes in portfolios regularly.
4. Maintain team discipline, track progress, and contribute towards achieving future goals.
5. Respond to customer queries via email.
6. Follow up with customers until their queries are resolved.

Required Skills:
