Job Description:

• Financial reporting: Overseeing financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, cash flows, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Financial policies and procedures: Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures to guide financial decisions.
• Financial controls: Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal financial controls to protect company assets
• Providing information to external & internal/concurrent auditors
• Accounting operations: Directing, monitoring and overseeing teams involved in accounting operations
• Budgeting and Variance analysis
• Reporting and Compliance: Ensuring legal, regulatory and contractual reporting and compliance
• Building and managing Investor relations
