Job Qualification and Experience

Qualification: B.E. in Biomedical Engineering

Experience: 5+ years managing medical equipment in hospitals

Job Location and Travel

Candidate will manage and travel to clinics in East India as required

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Equipment Management: Ensure all medical equipment and instruments are in working condition to support diagnosis and treatment.
2. Logistics: Ensure timely delivery of equipment/instruments to centers.
3. Coordination: Work with operation teams, vendors, center heads, maintenance teams, and project vendors for smooth installation and functioning.
4. Documentation: Ensure correct documentation from vendors and maintain records related to machines, including booking into FAR through accounts.
5. Registration & Compliance: Coordinate with government departments for machine registration and finalize layouts of centers as per statutory requirements.
6. Maintenance: Keep track of AMC/CMC and ensure timely renewal.
7. Training & Support: Guide doctors and staff on machine applications, settings, and operation.
8. Breakdown Repairs: Ensure quick repair of any machine breakdowns.
9. Lab Coordination: Coordinate with pathology partners for lab operations.
