Job description

Required Experience:

• Candidate should have experience in installation or configuring Desktops/Laptop.
• Must have sound troubleshooting knowledge of Operating Systems Win 10.
• Should have strong hardware experience.

• Having exposure to MS Outlook Backup & Restore, IT Asset, Hardware troubleshooting.

• Basic knowledge of e-mail protocols (POP3, IMAP, MAPI/Exchange protocols), DNS.
• Should have a good knowledge of Computer/ Laptops/ Printers/ Scanners/ peripheral troubleshooting Should have a fair knowledge of Anti-Virus Clients, Internet proxy, patch management, etc.

• Should have hands-on experience on the OS installation
• Should have excellent knowledge in troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, Printer, hardware, Antivirus, and software.
• Knowledge of AD server, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN.
• Good knowledge on Networking.
