We are currently seeking a candidate for the BIM Modeller position to represent BH on our ongoing and future projects, primarily in Mumbai.

The individual must demonstrate a strong track record of delivering complex projects for an Engineering Consultancy.

Your next role

As a BIM Modeller, your role will be to develop engineering calculations/sketches into 3D models using advanced modelling tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks for clash detection, and Enscape for presentation. You will also set up, manage, and coordinate your models/drawings with other engineering disciplines and work closely with engineering and client teams.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, with a keen interest in the built environment. We expect you to demonstrate:

• Extensive experience with Autodesk software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
• Proficiency in BIM authoring tools to support and mentor project teams
• Ability to set up linked models and coordinate across disciplines
• Understanding of industry-wide BIM standards
• Adherence to BIM execution plans and project documentation
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Ownership of models/drawings
• Sound knowledge of Architectural, Structural, and MEP services
• Experience creating discipline-specific BIM content
• Development of accurate construction drawings and data extraction
• Ability to develop concepts into detailed drawings from sketches/calculations
• Proficiency in generating reinforcement and steel drawings
• Ensuring drawings follow company standards
• Reviewing models/drawings for compliance and quality
• Delivering models/drawings on time
• Clash detection, resolution, and reporting for coordinated design

Your Skills And Experience

• Confident, proactive leader with the ability to handle challenging situations
• Interest in the built environment with 5+ years of relevant experience, including REVIT Structures
• Good communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and work within a multidisciplinary team
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant certification
