Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a professional with deep understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and asset data to join our team in Delhi. The role focuses on promoting, enforcing, adopting and implementing BIM technologies to maximise digital workflows and deliver client aspirations across design and construction.

Job Description

We are currently seeking for a professional with an excellent understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and asset data to join our team. The primary role is to promote, enforce, adopt and implement BIM technologies to ensure that the use of digital technologies and processesis maximised to deliver the client's aspiration.

Duties:

Strategic

• Responsible for delivering a business BIM technology strategy
• SPOC for delivering BIM model during design and construction phase upto LOD350 and coordinating BIM model with contractor upto LOD500. Experience in Navisworks, BIM360 mandatory.
• Author key BIM documentation
• Carry out structured reviews of project models

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Interface with clients, design teams and contractors to implement BIM methodologies and best practice from the strategy level through to project delivery
• Great Verbal and written communication skills
• Highly skilled in collaboration and coordination
• Extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes
• With certification Revit and Navisworks
• BIM multi-disciplinary skills
