Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to lead model coordination across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines. You will ensure model accuracy, run clash checks, and manage data exchange within a common data environment.

The role requires deep BIM knowledge, extensive experience in construction projects and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and related tools. Join a global team delivering complex infrastructure and building projects.

Qualifications

• Engineer by training with BIM expertise and strong coordination skills.
• 12–15 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in BIM standards and guidelines (ISO 19650, COBie).
• Experience with Revit and related BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Model coordination: integrate architectural, structural and MEP models into a federated model with accuracy across disciplines.
• Clash detection: run checks using Navisworks or Solibri; document conflicts and drive resolution with design leads.
• CDE administration: manage BIM 360/ProjectWise; control versions, permissions and data exchange.

1. Model Coordination - Integrating architectural, structural, and MEP models into a federated model; ensuring accuracy and consistency across disciplines.
2. Clash Detection - Running clash detection routines in Navisworks or Solibri; documenting conflicts and driving resolution with design leads.
3. Common Data Environment - Administering BIM 360 or ProjectWise; managing model versions, permissions, and data exchange between stakeholders.
4. Standards Compliance - Enforcing BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Information Delivery Specifications (IDS), and international standards like ISO 19650 and COBie.
5. Software Proficiency - Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, Archicad, Solibri, and BIM 360/ACC.
6. 4D/5D Simulation - Creating construction sequencing (4D) and cost estimation (5D) simulations to support project planning
7. Services Information - At least 30 - 50% of technical knowledge in Civil, Architectural, Electrical , HVAC and ELV system.

1. The candidate should be an Engineer and have good knowledge in BIM
2. 12 to 15 years of experience in constructing industry
3. Should have knowledge in 360 Revitt
