Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Research Analyst in Mumbai to conduct secondary research from public sources and industry reports, and to gather market data for strategic initiatives. You will help develop thought leadership content and conduct benchmarking with senior team support.

Ideal candidates have a PG in construction management or related fields, up to 2 years of experience, and strong analytical and writing skills.

Qualifications

• PG in Construction Management, Business, or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong academic performance demonstrating analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research using public sources, industry reports, databases, and market publications.
• Gather and analyze market, competitor, and industry data to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in developing thought leadership content, including reports, articles, white papers, and presentations.
• Support benchmarking exercises and comparative industry analysis.
• Prepare research summaries, briefing notes, and executive-ready insight documents.
• Maintain research repositories, knowledge databases, and market intelligence trackers.
• Assist in monitoring emerging industry trends, regulatory developments, and market opportunities.
• Support proposal development through data gathering and market intelligence inputs.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop business cases, frameworks, and research outputs.
• Track and compile key market indicators and industry developments relevant to business priorities.
