Converra Advisory is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to guide a multidisciplinary team across Architecture, Structural and MEP disciplines. You will establish and enforce the BIM Execution Plan, ensure adherence to LOD standards, and oversee model coordination across Navisworks Manage and BIM 360/ACC.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep BIM proficiency, and a track record of coordinating large construction projects. Immediate joiners are preferred, with urgency noted for fills.

Competenze

• 7+ years of BIM experience with prior experience leading a BIM team.
• Strong command of Revit, Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 / ACC.
• Experience in BIM coordination on large construction projects.
