Job summary

Jacobs in Bengaluru invites an experienced Landscape BIM specialist to lead modelling work across the full BIM lifecycle, from concept through construction documentation. You will produce accurate models and shop drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, coordinating with architects and engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

This role emphasizes BEP adherence, model QA/QC, and development of Revit families, with exposure to LOD 100–500 and Middle East project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage Landscape BIM models using Revit.

Your impact

If you're looking to work on complex Landscape BIM modelling deliverables and contribute to the successful delivery of major Middle East projects, this role offers the opportunity to work across the full BIM lifecycle, from concept development through detailed design and construction documentation. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop high-quality BIM models and shop drawings, and play a visible role in improving model quality and coordination outcomes.

In this role, you'll work closely with architects, engineers, and BIM professionals using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM platforms to deliver accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready models. Your work will directly support project delivery by improving model coordination, reducing clashes, and ensuring high-quality documentation for clients and project teams.

You'll be part of a collaborative BIM environment where you'll have opportunities to further develop your technical expertise in BIM execution, model coordination, quality assurance, and advanced Landscape BIM delivery across a variety of project stages and levels of development (LOD 100-500).
