Job summary

RdT Technology in Jaipur is seeking a BIM Architect to join our Architectural & Interior BIM team and work on international projects across the US, UK, and Canada—from our Jaipur office.

You will develop BIM models in Autodesk Revit, produce construction drawings and schedules, coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP teams, and mentor junior staff while engaging with global clients.

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree mandatory.
• 1+ years of hands-on BIM modelling and documentation.
• Experience on offshore/international projects (US/UK/Canada) is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; Navisworks is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international stakeholders.
• Exposure to Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail or Commercial sectors desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural and interior design projects across multiple sectors.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation including construction drawings, schedules, and coordinated BIM deliverables.
• Interact directly with international clients (US, UK, Canada) to analyse the virtual construction process and enhance project delivery.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for model integrity and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Mentor and train junior architects on BIM platforms and Revit best practices.
• Review and validate BIM outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client protocols.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with international stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Are you a BIM-savvy Architect with a passion for international project delivery? We're looking for a skilled BIM Architect to join our Architectural & Interior BIM team and work on exciting projects across the US, UK, and Canada — right from our Jaipur office.

About the Role At RdT Technology, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary BIM team delivering high-quality architectural documentation and design outputs for international clients across Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, and Commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural and interior design projects across multiple sectors
• Produce comprehensive project documentation including construction drawings, schedules, and coordinated BIM deliverables
• Interact directly with international clients (US, UK, Canada) to analyse the virtual construction process and enhance project delivery

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands‑on professional experience in architectural BIM modelling and documentation
• Proven experience on offshore/international projects for clients in the US, UK, or Canada — essential
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; Navisworks experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English — confident communication with international stakeholders is a must
• Exposure to Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, or Commercial sectors is highly desirable
