Job summary

BigStep Technologies in Gurugram is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 6+ years of experience to build scalable AI solutions using LLMs. You will work hands-on with generative AI, design AI architectures, and contribute to solution design and best practices for production-ready applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python expertise, hands-on experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and RAG, and will collaborate across teams to deliver robust AI systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or open-source LLMs.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar AI agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture and AI application development.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
