The incumbent will lead AI strategy development, oversee model lifecycle, and collaborate across IT, data teams, and risk/compliance stakeholders in a regulated industry

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI concepts and responsible AI principles such as fairness, explainability, and privacy.
• Experience using collaboration tools in enterprise environments (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Workday, Teams).
• Exposure to ML lifecycle management (MLOps) and governance frameworks.

• Essential
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to adjust communication styles to suit the audience.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and responsible AI principles such as fairness, explainability, and privacy.
• Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Workday, Teams).
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to track progress and surface insights.
• Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle management (MLOps) and frameworks.
• In addition, the following is desirable
• Experience supporting AI Strategy development and adoption.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders
• Experience building and deploying AI models in production.
• Exposure to Responsible AI frameworks or governance processes (e.g., AI Assurance, consequence scanning methodology).
• Experience in a regulated industry such as banking or insurance.
