We are looking for a Bid Manager.

You’ll make a difference by:

1. Leading tenders for projects.
2. Linking between the Customer, proposals, Sales responsible, the technology and suppliers, and working closely with the various partners.
3. Taking customer wishes seriously while standing for your own opinion and integrity.
4. Working closely with technical account managers, proposal engineers, product managers, and R&D departments within our company.
5. Handling a bid for large Data Center projects in the APAC region.
6. Ensuring that the right processes are followed and that the design is both technically and financially feasible.
7. Costing the proposed solution and supplying to internal improvement processes.

You’ll win us over by:

1. Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in electrical engineering.
2. Having 10 years of experience in bid management or project management and understanding electrical distribution systems (MV/LV) and protection systems.
3. Possessing knowledge of applicable IEC standards (like IEC 61439) and experience in E-house and skids solutions.
4. Being organized with a commercial approach and flexible working style, practical, accurate, and communicative.
5. Acting within a dynamic environment and being flexible.
6. Exhibiting excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
