Job summary

TVH Group in Pune, India seeks a BI professional to translate business needs into scalable Tableau-based dashboards and data models. You will access, prepare, and model data from multiple sources, and design high-impact dashboards across functions.

You’ll communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, uphold data governance, and contribute to BI standards. Minimum 5 years Tableau experience, strong SQL skills, and a degree in a related field are required; afternoon shift three days a week.

Job description

You’ll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for data and BIsolutions.
• Independently access, prepare, and structure data from various sources.
• Perform necessary data transformations and modeling within BI tools.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards across multiple functions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by applying governance standards,validating sources, and configuring BI platforms appropriately.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technicalstakeholders.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making by translating analytics into strategicrecommendations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user-facing documentation.
• Support the standardization of BI processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Guide and support peers on complex tasks or projects.
• Actively contribute to the BI community by maintaining shared documentation andpromoting knowledge-sharing across teams.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or arelated field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• 5+ years experience with Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling best practices are highlydesirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Will need to work in afternoon shift 3 time per week.
