Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of environmental compliance analysts and specialists.

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of compliance data.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

  • Review and validate supplier declarations and compliance documentation.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

  • Ensure adherence to customer requirements and regulatory standards.

  • Monitor KPIs and generate performance and compliance reports.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and processes.

  • Escalate risks and issues proactively and provide mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience :

8+ years of experience in environmental compliance, with at least 2 years in a people managing role

Mandatory/requires Skills :
Should possess hands on experience/knowledge on environmental regulations

Preferred Skills :
Certifications in environmental regulations or project management are a plus
