Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a Bosch subsidiary, is seeking an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) SME to lead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives. You will drive process optimization, governance, and end-to-end SAP CO delivery across global programs.

The role requires hands-on delivery with strong functional expertise, working with cross-functional teams, system integrators, and global delivery teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with SAP

Qualifications

• MBA or CA-qualified with strong finance domain exposure.
• Extensive SAP Controlling and S/4HANA experience across global programs.
• Experience in leading business process workshops, fit-gap analyses and design discussions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SAP CO Subject Matter Expert for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Provide solution architecture guidance for complex finance and controlling scenarios.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap assessments, and solution design discussions.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices, process optimization, and finance transformation opportunities.
• Drive standardization and harmonization across global business units.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : The SAP Controlling (CO) SME will serve as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions, driving enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives, solution governance, and process optimization across global programs.

The role requires strong functional expertise combined with hands-on delivery capability. The SME is expected to independently lead complex solution areas while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, system integrators, and global delivery teams.

The SME will play a critical role in solution architecture, business process consulting, fit-gap analysis, process harmonization, and end-to-end implementation delivery across Controlling and integrated finance processes.

Solution Consulting & SME
