You will lead battery pack design, thermal management, and system-level validation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and project execution.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Minimum 5 years in Battery Pack Design & Integration.
• Experience with CAD tools for enclosure, structural and cooling designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BESS integration activities for utility-scale and industrial applications.
• Develop and review battery pack, enclosure, structural, and cooling system designs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system architecture, testing, and validation.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, UL, IEEE, and other applicable standards.
• Drive design optimization for performance, safety, reliability, and cost.
• Support supplier development, technical reviews, and project execution.
• Review CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

BESS Integration Lead | Pune | 8-10 Years

We are looking for an experienced BESS Integration Lead to lead the design, integration, validation, and deployment of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in battery pack integration, thermal management, mechanical design, and compliance with global industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BESS integration activities for utility-scale and industrial applications.
• Develop and review battery pack, enclosure, structural, and cooling system designs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system architecture, testing, and validation.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, UL, IEEE, and other applicable standards.
• Drive design optimization for performance, safety, reliability, and cost.
• Support supplier development, technical reviews, and project execution.
• Review CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.

Required Skills

• Ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholders.
