You will join a team of experts delivering innovative solutions for utility-scale projects, microgrids, and hybrid systems worldwide. What You'll Do - Design and engineer electrical and control systems for energy storage solutions, from concept to detailed engineering.- Size battery capacity and finalize system configurations for global tenders and project requirements.- Design and integrate BESS systems for utility-scale, microgrid, and solar hybrid applications, including containerized and modular architectures (DC and AC coupled).- Serve as the single point of contact for BESS technical discussions with global developers and vendors.- Prepare technical specifications, including electrical panel design, cable sizing, busbar sizing, and switchgear selection.- Integrate battery packs, hardware components, and software interfaces into cohesive system designs.- Create technical documents, reports, and presentations aligned with project specifications and quality standards. What You Bring - Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.- Proven experience in BESS or renewable energy system design and integration.- Solid knowledge of electrical panel design, cable sizing, busbar sizing, and switchgear selection.- Basic understanding of solar and wind power plant design concepts and energy yield simulation tools such as PVsyst or WindPro.- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.- Excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
