Job description

Bengaluru: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has announced a walk-in interview drive for the recruitment of Management Industrial Trainees (MIT) for the year 2026–27 at its Bengaluru complex.

The recruitment aims to attract young finance professionals to undergo industry training for up to three years.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in applying must meet the following requirements:

• Only Indian nationals are eligible.
• Must have passed CMA (Intermediate) or CA (Intermediate).
• Maximum age: 25 years as on 1 May 2026.
• Age relaxation:
  • 5 years for SC/ST
  • 3 years for OBC
  • 10 years for Persons with Disabilities
• Candidates pursuing or holding higher qualifications are not eligible.

Selection Process

BEL stated that selection will be based on:

• Academic performance
• Personal interview performance

Selected candidates will be informed via email, and the final list will also be published on the BEL website.
