Job Details

Job Location: Remote.
Experience: 1-3 Years.
Qualification: Must have completed engineering.

Required Skills

1. Good knowledge of Windows desktop OS Win 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and servers 2003/2008/2012/2019.
2. Good knowledge of Mac OS.
3. Good understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts.
4. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, including server OS installation, configurations, management, recovery, migration, and updates.
5. Knowledge and hands-on experience of Active Directory, DNS, and IIS with at least a basic understanding of Microsoft Hyper-V.
6. Knowledge of MS Exchange and SharePoint would be a plus.
7. Good written and communication skills are a must.
8. Experience of supporting others with technology issues.
9. Understanding of IT processes and standards like ITIL/ISO, ticketing systems, escalation processes, and vendor management.
10. Good in delivery management in time, every time with a proactive approach.
11. Team player with a learning and go-getter attitude.
12. Availability to support the infrastructure on a 24x7x365 basis.
13. Flexible to meet the requirements of the role (including weekend work).
14. Knowledge of mobile phones and tablet operating systems (i.e. Android/Google, Apple iOS, Microsoft Windows).
15. Knowledge of ping, tracert, nslookup, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS (Desirable).
