Beautician Trainer

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Diploma or certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Experience working as a beautician, makeup artist, hairstylist, or esthetician in a salon or spa setting.
3. Previous experience teaching or training students in a beauty school, vocational institute, or similar educational setting is preferable.
4. In-depth knowledge of beauty therapy principles, techniques, and practices, including skincare, makeup application, hair care, and nail services.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and empowering others to achieve their full potential.
7. Patient, supportive, and approachable demeanor with a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
8. Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, ethics, and safety in the beauty industry.
