Zohorecruit in India invites an academic to drive a thriving BBA Entrepreneurship ecosystem. You will mentor students, lead startup outreach, manage eCell events, secure government grants, and build a regional investor network.

Blend teaching with incubation leadership to foster high-impact innovation, collaborate with industry partners, and represent the program externally to strengthen entrepreneurship education.

Qualifications

• First-Class Master's in Entrepreneurship or MBA with ≥55%.
• UGC-NET or equivalent.
• Desirable: PhD, pursuing from reputed institute; 3+ years teaching/industry; publications.

Responsabilités

• Teach core/elective Entrepreneurship courses using multimedia/digital platforms; prepare lectures, assignments, PPTs/videos.
• Create student entrepreneur ecosystem: Onboard tech startups, industry mentorships, workshops/meet-ups end-to-end.
• Manage eCell: Collaborate with Steering Committee, partners; prepare proposals for govt startup schemes.
• Network with govt depts for incubation ops; engage state startup policies; build regional investor community.
• Curriculum innovation, faculty support, campus events; represent program externally.

Job Summary
