Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender at Hotel Golden Star, located in Kollam. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to guests in a timely and professional manner. The Bartender will also be responsible for maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is clean and organized, and adhering to all safety and health regulations. Cash handling, including processing payments and balancing the cash register, is also an essential part of the role. Additionally, the Bartender is expected to provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
