Introduction:

1. Working with stakeholders to provide data insights for the pain areas identified.
2. Identify proactively areas where data insights can be used for business/ ops benefit.
3. Be a face to the stakeholders for any requirement discussions.
4. Troubleshoot the technical problems.
5. Optimizing, automating processes using Machine Learning technique.
6. Translate findings into quantitative business/ops/monitory benefit for BANK.
7. Present the findings to stakeholders, highlight benefits and enhance the results based on feedbacks.

What will you be doing

1. Solution Delivery: Build, test, and automate algorithms and processes.
2. Documenting all work in accordance with agreed standards and with re-use in mind.
3. Conducting reviews of supplied specifications, with others as necessary.
4. Taking part in reviews of own work and leading reviews of colleagues' work.
5. Clear understanding of enterprise level data model and mapping of data to it.
6. Test Support: Assisting with the creation, review and sign off of test scenarios.
7. Provide support throughout the testing cycles and also for production issues.
8. Provide right assistance for the testing cycles for delivery of error free deliverables.
9. Accountable for producing detail design of components, conducting reviews.
10. Accountable for supporting E-2-E delivery during CIT/SIT/OAT and LIVE implementation.
11. Coordinating with all the developers for the allocating the task and conducting code review and activities of implementation phase.
12. Responsibility for stabilising the best practices for design, development, implementation and automation.
13. Data Analysis for new adopter’s alignment with Data Services. Working on the scripts and work with RTB team.

What we’re looking for:

1. Minimum Qualification – B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent.
2. In-depth knowledge and extensive experience of Proficient in Python, Teradata, Maria DB / SQL Server.
3. Strong understanding of OO Designing and Programming Techniques and associated concepts, Data Modelling, Design Patterns.
4. Good logical reasoning, problem solving and performance tuning Skills.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Knowledge of Linux or other UNIX-based systems.
7. Good working knowledge and hands-on experience of workflow application and business rules engine.
8. RDBMS/ NoSQL Database experience.
9. Experience of release management, Stakeholder management.

Skills that will help you in the role:

1. Exposure to Analytical tool (Tableau, Qlikview) would be an added advantage.
2. Experience in CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
