Job summary

iServeU in Bangalore is seeking a Manager- Banking Sales to drive revenue with banks. You will develop new banking relationships, present iServeU solutions, and close deals with financial institutions.

• 2+ years of experience in selling to banks or financial institutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain banking client relationships.
• Experience in software/application sales to the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Sells products and services to banks and develops new account relationships.
• Solicits and maintains network of prospect banks.
• Initiates contact with prospective Banks to sell targeted iServeU products and/or services.
• Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
• Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
• Prepares and presents proposals, finalizing commercials with banks utilizing iServeU resources and tools.
• Negotiates, structures and closes deals that meet bank’s expectations and iServeU’s ability to deliver.
• Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
• Ensure a higher level of engagements with the banks.
• Work aggressively on business development, promotion and building the brand of the company.
• Meets sales goals and objectives.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
