Job summary
SkillRoom Talent is hiring Banking Process Associates for a Tamil Nadu-focused private bank BPO in Guindy, Chennai. You will handle account servicing, credit card and loan queries in Tamil and English, with BFSI experience on paper mandatory.
Graduate (mandatory) with 6 months BFSI/banking BPO experience and Tamil+English fluency are required. Day shifts preferred.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound banking calls in Tamil and English for account and card queries.
- Process service requests - statement, limit, address, and nominee updates.
- Identify and flag suspicious transactions per compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete call documentation in banking CRM.
- Meet CSAT, AHT, and compliance quality targets.
