SkillLabs is seeking a Banking Officer (CASA Sales) to drive acquisition and activation of CASA accounts. The role involves identifying new CA/SA customers, conducting field visits, and lead generation to achieve targets.

You will cross-sell debit cards, insurance, and digital banking products while managing strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Compliance with KYC/AML and bank policies is essential.

• CASA Acquisition & Sales
• Identify and acquire new customers for Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) products
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and lead generation to meet targets
• Cross-sell banking products such as debit cards, insurance, digital banking, and overdraft facilities
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Ensure high-quality onboarding and activation of accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries related to CASA accounts
• Portfolio Management
• Ensure activation of new accounts and monitor customer transactions
• Improve engagement through follow-ups and service calls
• Work to increase balances and reduce dormant accounts
• Compliance & Documentation
• Follow KYC/AML guidelines during onboarding
• Verify documents and complete account-opening accurately
• Adhere to bank policies, audit norms, and regulatory requirements

• Cross-sell banking products such as debit cards, insurance, digital banking, and overdraft facilities.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure high-quality customer onboarding and activation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries related to CASA accounts.
• Portfolio Management
• Ensure activation of newly opened accounts and monitor customer transactions.
• Improve customer engagement through regular follow-ups and service calls.
• Work to increase balances and reduce dormant/inactive accounts.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure KYC/AML guidelines are followed during customer onboarding.
• Verify documents and complete account-opening formalities accurately.
• Adhere to bank policies, audit norms, and regulatory requirements.
