Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a data-driven analyst to provide comprehensive data, presentations, and independent analyses to senior management for strategic decisions in Mumbai. The role includes managing monthly chargeback processes and end-to-end charitable sponsorship workflows, ensuring timely payments and transparent status updates.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive data, presentations, and independent analysis to senior management and business heads to support strategic decision making.
• Manage monthly charge back processes for accurate and timely expense allocation.
• Oversee E2E charitable and sponsorship processes including onboarding, seeking approvals, and processing payments for Citi contributions/events.
• Ensure transparent and timely communication regarding payment statuses.
• Manage approval workflows and reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Address ad-hoc requests and manage workload to meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to reduce reporting time and enhance accuracy.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding Citi’s reputation and assets.

• Address ad-hoc requests effectively, managing workload to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness


• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to reduce reporting time and enhance accuracy


• Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets
