Job Description:

1. Operation Support:
Clear operational pendency for all offline cases
Scrutiny creation and booking support on online failure cases
Offline Issuance for exceptional cases
Coordination with ZOM, Branch Ops team, UW team, PP team and sales team to fulfill the requirement
Publish regular scrutiny pendency report and sharing with respective team
Publish weekly pendency report and ensure issuance in given TAT
Monthly analysis on scrutiny pendency and take develop solutions.
Maintain management tracker and share with management on periodic basis
Extremely good in inter department coordination to resolve the issues

2. Analysis:
Provide analysis on product mix, business mix, Sum insured Mix geography wise
Maintain Geography wise P&L and share with concern stakeholders
Publish Monthly Target Vs achievement metrics in terms of GWP, active agent, agent recruitment.
Loss ratio analysis geography wise, IMD wise and product wise
Discuss actionable to control the loss ratio with channel head and business leaders
Publish Monthly business figures of Market insurer wise
Pay-out calculations monthly basis

3. Analysis:
Extremely good in MS Excel and Analysis
Provide analysis – RM wise / IMD wise and Location wise
Monthly Target Vs achievement metrics in terms of GWP, active agent, agent recruitment.

4. Collaboration:
Coordination with different stakeholders like Finance, Ops, Business, UW.

5. Claims:
Health Vertical claims follow up with HAT and end to end closure
SPOC for Health claims – PAN India Health Vertical
Claim Ratio analysis and corrective actionable
