Job summary

Reporting And Data Solutions in Madurai is seeking a detail-oriented US Healthcare Background Verification Executive to handle verification processes for US healthcare professionals. You will review candidate information, conduct employment verifications, and maintain accurate records.

This full-time onsite role operates on the US night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM). You will coordinate with candidates, employers, and institutions to complete checks on time while ensuring confidentiality and quality

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in US Healthcare, Background Verification or US Staffing preferred.

• Perform background verification for US Healthcare candidates.
• Verify employment history, education, licenses, certifications, and professional references.
• Review and validate candidate documents and information.
• Coordinate with candidates, employers, institutions, and relevant agencies for verification.
• Maintain accurate verification records and update status in internal systems.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ensure verification requests are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
