Job summary

Redient Security is hiring for a backend engineer to design, build, and maintain distributed services in Go and Python. You’ll power threat intelligence workflows, optimize APIs, and drive secure, observable systems across AWS/GCP in a remote India setup.

You’ll work with Kafka streams, REST/gRPC, and IaC tooling while advancing security controls and compliance automation. This role emphasizes scalability, reliability, and fast iteration in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Go or Python.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC.
• Data streaming experience with Apache Kafka.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS cloud services.
• System monitoring and observability using Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy infrastructure via Terraform and Helm on AWS and GCP cloud environments.
• Manage SRE practices including observability with Prometheus and Grafana.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain distributed backend services using Go and Python.
• Power our core threat intelligence engine and compliance automation platform.
