Job summary

Sinergia Media Labs LLP in India is seeking a backend engineer to own payment-flow components and API services. You will work on refactoring legacy systems, building scalable microservices, and ensuring robust test coverage in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience with strong Java proficiency; Kotlin and Python are additional advantages.
• Hands-on experience building and operating production payment flows in fintech, payments, or billing systems.
• Strong expertise in REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and MySQL/SQL.
• Experience with unit, integration, and contract testing, GitLab, CI/CD, and production incident resolution.
• Self-driven engineer capable of owning end-to-end delivery with minimal supervision, collaborating across distributed teams
