Job summary

Hitya Global in Bengaluru is seeking a senior engineer to design and scale distributed systems for high-traffic applications. You will optimize latency, implement robust monitoring, and create platform abstractions that empower product teams to ship features faster.

The role requires hands-on experience with microservices, service mesh, CDN edge computing, and container orchestration at scale. You will work with FastAPI, Redis, PostgreSQL, and AWS in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Must-Have : Distributed Systems Experience.
• 3+ years building and scaling distributed systems handling > 5K concurrent requests in production.
• Hands-on experience with microservices decomposition from monolithic architectures under live traffic.
• Production experience with service mesh technologies and container orchestration at scale.
• Deep understanding of database sharding, replication, and distributed transaction management.
• Hands-on experience with CDN optimisation and edge computing for global/multi-region deployments.
• Proven ability to optimise systems, achieving less than 100 ms P99 latency for critical user-facing operations.
