Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack development experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience inVoice AI, Conversational AI, voice agents, or real-time AI assistants.( Pipecat, livekit, Google ADK, Google Dialog flow LLMs, RAG, STT, and TTS.)
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
• Experience with FastAPI, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Pipecat or similar conversational AI / voice AI frameworks.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with STT, TTS, LLMs, RAG pipelines, WebSockets, and streaming systems.

Good to Have :

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Exposure to telephony, WebRTC, SIP, VAD, or real-time audio pipelines.
• Interest in AI evaluations, observability, and production reliability.
