Soul Ai is seeking India's top 1% Backend Engineers for a contract-based opportunity to work with industry leaders. You will design RESTful APIs, implement server-side logic, and manage SQL/NoSQL databases while deploying on AWS, GCP, and Azure.

The role supports remote work (high likelihood) with potential onsite at client locations or Deccan AI offices in Hyderabad or Bengaluru. Projects range 2–12 months and freelancing terms.

Competenze

• Proficiency in backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
• Strong knowledge of API design, security best practices, and writing clean, maintainable code.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RESTful APIs, server-side logic, and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Optimize backend performance and deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Ensure security, compliance, and collaborate with frontend teams on solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code, conduct reviews, and manage CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in backend frameworks (Node js, Django, Flask) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Git, and performance optimization
• Strong knowledge of API design, unit testing, and security best practices

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Graph SQL
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Terraform)
