Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Backend Developer with 5-8 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java and Python and a solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems. Experience with Node.js and C# will be considered an added advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for building robust backend services and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications and services

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Backend Developer, Software Engineer, or in a similar role
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Java and Python
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases is an advantage
• Good understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Node.js for backend application development
