Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation India PVT LTD seeks an experienced backend developer to design, build, and maintain scalable LMS backend services and APIs. You will collaborate with frontend teams to integrate UI with server-side logic and architect high-performance data storage solutions.

The role involves deploying on AWS, ensuring security, and guiding the full software lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of backend experience, strong AWS know-how, and solid database proficiency (SQL/NoSQL).

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science is required.
• 3-4 years of backend development experience.
• Hands-on experience with React.js for full-stack integration needs.
• Proven AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway).
• Solid SQL/NoSQL database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with node, react, js, dbms, sql, mongodb; version control; CI/CD; GraphQL; MongoDB.
• Nice to have NestJs, Redis, Microservice(RMQ), Typescript, ExpressJS.
• Experience in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• LMS development or education/training industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with JWT/OAuth, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive attitude.
• Extensive AWS deployment experience, microservices architecture, RabbitMQ, Redis for real-time data.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science.
  
• 3-4 years of professional backend development experience.
  
• Hands-on experience with React.js for understanding full-stack integration needs.
  
• Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway).
  
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL and/or NoSQL e.g., MongoDB).
  
• Hands on experience on node, react, js, dbms, sql, mongodb, version control CI/CD, graphql mongodb
  
• Secondary skills preferred in NestJs, Redis, Microservice(RMQ), Typescript, ExpressJS
  
• Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  
• Previous work experience in developing or contributing to a LMS is a significant advantage.
  
• Proven experience from the training and education industry would be preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
  
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (K8s).
  
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  
• Extensive experience architecting and deploying applications on AWS, with strong
  
• Hands-on expertise in microservices architecture, implementing asynchronous
  
• communication using RabbitMQ and caching/real-time data management with Redi Version Control & CI/CD: Git (GitHub, Bitbucke), CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
