What You Will Do

• You and the team will plan, develop, operate, and own our workation and business travel platform.
• Set up the technical cloud infrastructure, and decide what frameworks and technologies to use for our products together with the team.
• Develop software in an agile way with Spring Boot and Java in the backend.
• Implement and integrate security best practices, including penetration testing, to ensure robust and secure applications.
• Use AI tools like Co-Pilot, Cursor or Lovable regularly in day to day.
• Work on novel topics and state-of-the-art technologies, learn, and grow at a fast-paced start-up.

What You Need To Succeed

• You have a strong passion for technology and love to code.
• You know your stuff: you are experienced with Spring Boot and Java.
• You have a solid understanding of IT security principles, including experience with penetration testing and integrating security best practices into your development workflow.
• You know how to use AI tools to make your job easier and more fun.
• You are interested in or have worked with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL before.
• You are interested in or experienced with automated build and deployment processes with Git and container solutions like Docker.
