Job summary

Rigved Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a Backend/Agentic AI specialist with 5+ years in backend development and 2+ years in GenAI/RAG-based solutions to design scalable AI-powered systems.

You will work on grounding, tool-calling, and multi-agent orchestration, implement MCP, and integrate vector stores, embeddings, and retrieval to deliver robust AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Backend Development.
• 2+ years in Agentic AI / RAG-based solutions.
• Agentic AI (including Grounding & hallucination control, Token-cost optimization, prompt caching, model routing)
• Agent frameworks & patterns— planning, tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph preferred)
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)—building tool servers agents call
• RAG end-to-end — embeddings, retrieval, vector stores
