Job summary

Equirus, a mid-market financial services firm, is seeking a hands-on professional to lead the back-office operations for its Broking business. You will oversee KYC, Demat operations, and other back-office functions to ensure smooth processing and strict regulatory compliance.

You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and ensure timely submission of data and documentation to regulators. Prior experience in back-office operations and capital markets is essential.
