Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience writing software with a strong engineering background in Node.js & MongoDB. Additional languages are a plus.
• Experience designing & maintaining backend services & systems, user-facing APIs at scale.
• Proficient with NoSQL, data processing & analysis.
• Experience with Scrum and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Desire to contribute early to a fast-growing tech startup.
• Open to improving soft skills like communication, code quality, and best practices in architecture and documentation.
• Accountable & reliable, able to estimate reasonable timelines and meet deadlines.
• Quick thinker, complex problem solver, highly organized.

Preferable Skills

• DevOps experience (AWS, Docker, serverless architecture).
• Interest or experience in data science & machine learning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
