Experience: 0–1 years (life sciences / pharma exposure is a plus)

What you’ll do (BA + QA)

Business Analysis

• Convert URS into FRS and write test scripts
• Maintain traceability using RTM
• Work with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment

Quality / Validation / Testing

• Create & execute validation/testing deliverables: VP, IQ, OQ, PQ, VSR / Summary Reports
• Write and execute test scripts, support UAT
• Log defects, retest, and drive closure
• Ensure compliance with CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GxP

Must-have skills

• Strong critical + logical thinking
• Comfort with documentation‑heavy work (MS Word/Excel)
• Working knowledge of: SDLC, URS/FRS, RTM, test scripts

Work setup

• 🕐 Must be willing to work late hours with some overlap to US East Coast time zone
• ✈️ Bonus: Holding a US visa (any type) for short business trips (7–10 days)
