Job summary

Capco in Pune, India, seeks an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of domain expertise in Avaloq Core Banking and wealth platforms. You will translate business requirements into detailed functional specs and user stories, working in Agile delivery environments with Jira and Confluence.

You will collaborate with global banks and IT teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, ensure stakeholder alignment, and deliver value across complex projects within financial services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on Avaloq Core Banking experience.
• Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives within wealth platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and IT teams.
• Prior experience with global MNC banks is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
